They are key words for the Taipans’ campaign this season and they called upon them last night to repel a feisty Gold Coast Blaze outfit determined to become the first side to upset the Snakes at the convention centre this season. It almost worked for the injury-decimated visitors, who fought back to within three points of the Snakes late in the fourth quarter before the Taipans called on their trademarks to notch another NBL win.
