NBA Admits Refs Error

The NBA admitted that game officials erred for not calling an intentional foul on Dallas Mavericks. The mistake led to a three-point conversion by Carmelo Anthony that gave the Denver Nuggets the victory to take a 3-0 lead Saturday night.

Dallas was leading two points and still has one foul to give. The play began with Carmelo Anthony handling the ball with less than 8 seconds left. Mavericks’ Antoine Wright created a contact twice but referees didn’t blow their whistles.

One thing for sure – Mark Cuban is definitely very upset of this incident. And he isn’t afraid to slam the league again and again even with fines.
